The Team 1 BJJ network was founded by instructor Josh Johnson, 1st Degree black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Judo. Josh personally operates two academies in Kentucky, Etown BJJ and Judo, and Bowling Green BJJ and Judo. Both offer beginner to advance instruction in BJJ and Judo, with complete MMA programs as well.

The Team1 BJJ Association was created to provide students an opportunity to receive world class support, instruction and expert advice in the training and development of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and skills. We are a group of like-minded individuals that share a common love and appreciation for the practice of authentic Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and grappling concepts. We look to further the development of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu at the grassroots level within the United States.
